Our head office TES-AMM Singapore PTE Ltd, Sumitomo Mitsui Finance & Lease Co., Ltd., and SMFL Rental Co., Ltd. have announced that they will be starting a LIB recycling business with the aim of jointly expanding the lithium-ion battery recycling business globally using hydrometallurgical refining technology. We would like to inform you that we have concluded a memorandum of understanding regarding joint development and have begun considering commercialization.
