TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

PREPARATIONS FOR CORONAVIRUS EPIDEMIC & PANDEMIC

TESs place great emphasis on the health and safety of our employees, clients and visitors to our sites. Consequently, TES management has been monitoring the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak and taken a range of actions aimed to protect our employees, their families and the communities in which we live, whilst making contingencies to enable business continuity. TES has followed World Health Organization advice and prepared and issued safety notices advising TES people to take precautions to avoid infection or spreading the virus:

◉ Business travel to areas of known infection has been suspended temporarily.
◉ People have been urged to avoid personal contact to reduce risk of infection.
◉ People reminded to cough or sneeze into flexed elbows or tissues.
◉ People urged to regularly wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds.
◉ Regular cleaning and disinfection of food preparation and workplace areas.
◉ Screening at entry points to TES sites using handheld non-contact thermometers to         Check body temperature. Anyone with a high temperature is refused entry and                 advised to seek.

immediate medical advice.

A TES Pandemic Business Continuity Plan has been developed.
◉ Key and critical staff have been identified, together with their deputies.
◉ Crisis Management Teams have been listed,
◉ Contact lists for local health and government services, clients and suppliers.
◉ Scenario planning includes absence of key staff leading to temporary suspension of
specific activities where their knowledge is critical to the safe operating of specialist       plant and equipment.
◉ Transfer of clients’ equipment and materials to other TES sites for processing is               another scenario to facilitate business continuity.

TES’s management team will continue to monitor the spread of the virus and the advice from WHO and other national bodies on how to curtail / manage its spread.
TES is confident that we have taken all reasonable and practicable measures to protect the health and safety of our people and their families. We expect that the business will continue to operate throughout the current spread of the virus and beyond; any status changes will be communicated to internal and external parties affected.

Best regards,
Gary Griffiths | Director QESS – Quality Environment Security & Safety
